Traditional Recruitment
Contingency 25% Billed upon candidate acceptance of the position
Engagement Fee 20% 5% upfront, balance upon candidate acceptance

Comparative Analysis
If you have already conducted a search on your own, but are not convinced that you have seen all available and interested candidates, I will conduct a proactive search to uncover individuals that you are not yet aware of.

A flat fee, based on the salary range of the position, is charged for this service.
Should a candidate that I present be hired, a 15% fee, minus the associated fee above, will be charged.

Resume Screening
I will review all resumes from your advertisements and other sources, contact only those that match your requirements and present a short-list of the top 3-5 for you to interview.

Billed as a flat fee based on the salary range of the position.

Profiling of top candidates
If you have already narrowed down your ad response to a group of potential candidates, I will conduct thorough initial interviews, either by phone or in person, to produce a group of 3-5 finalists. Each resume will come back with a written interview synopsis.

Billed at $125 per candidate by phone, $150 per candidate in person

Development of In-House Recruitment Plans

In-House and Off-Site “Project Based” Recruiting
 All of the above services will be billed at the rate of $100/hour for positions under $100K and $150/hour for over $100K. For larger or more complex projects, a flat project fee may be more appropriate.

Job Fair/Trade Show Recruiting
I can assist with recruiting efforts at job fairs or handle them on your behalf. I can also travel to tradeshows and target specific individuals that work for your competitors. 

This service will be billed by the day, plus travel expenses. A placement fee will also be charged for any candidates that are hired as a result of this service.

Candidate Management
Once candidates are identified the following services can be provided:

- Scheduling interviews
- Interviewing candidates on-site with company representative
- Debriefing candidate and providing feedback to company
- Assisting with compensation and benefit negotiation
- Educating the candidate about counter offers
- All follow-up activities related to the search

Billed at $100/hour or by the project

 Reference Checking
 $150 per candidate for up to 3 references. Each additional reference will be billed at $100. Each reference will be forwarded to you, via e-mail, in word format.

Employment/Education Verification & Criminal/Credit Checks
In addition to standard reference checking, you may require additional information on each finalist candidate. Each service can be purchased separately.

Employment & Education Verification $25 each employer or school

Criminal & Credit Checks $50 each

Exit Interviews
If you do not have a formal Human Resources department, or even if you do, a former employee will be much more candid with an outside service than they will be with the employer itself. A great deal of information can be extracted from an employee that can speak their mind. A written synopsis will be provided after each interview

Billed at $250-$500 per employee depending on the level of the position they were in.

A flat fee per project may be charged if more than 3 interviews are requested.

Outplacement Services
As an alternative to traditional outplacement services, which can be VERY costly, I will provide former employees with the basics they need to find their next position. This may include a combination of the following:

Resume/Cover Letter writing or revision

Interview preparation

Introduction to targeted companies

Assistance during the interview process

Compensation/Benefit negotiation
Each service is billed at 1% of the ending salary of the employee. If all 5 services are desired, the service will be billed at a flat rate of 4.5% of the ending salary. This can be done on or off-site. For larger projects (more than 3 employees), a flat fee will be determined.
